Since our establishment more than two decades ago, Bayview Financial has grown from a small advisory firm to a multinational, full service mortgage finance company specializing in under-served areas of the real estate markets. We provide a wide range of products and services, including small-balance commercial real estate lending, residential and commercial real estate loan acquisitions and 1031 exchange facilitation. We source our business through a network of thousands of financial institutions, mortgage companies, third party brokers and advisors throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Since 1998, Bayview companies have issued over $27 billion in asset-backed securities, consisting of loans we have acquired from third parties and loans we have originated ourselves. Today, Bayview is one of the largest financial institutions headquartered in Florida.
