- Bayview Financial Exchange Services, LLC acts as a qualified intermediary in the facilitation of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges for real estate investors.
In 2007, Bayview's commercial lending divisions were united under a common corporate structure, Bayview Lending GroupSM (BLG). As a company, BLG is a commercial mortgage lender that provides funding starting at $100,000 up to $1.5 million.
