Commercial Direct^® is the direct-to-borrower channel for Bayview’s commercial mortgage origination programs.

Dedicated exclusively to meeting the requirements of small business owners and real estate investors with financing needs ranging from $100,000 to $1.5 million, Commercial Direct connects directly with borrowers via the Internet, telephone and a network of dedicated representatives across the country.

The Division provides targeted lending solutions to the client base of traditional financial institutions, allowing these institutions to continue serving their client even when their client’s needs fall outside the institution’s lending guidelines. Commercial Direct’s partnership strategy is supported even further by its network of loan officers in local markets throughout the country. Many of our loan officers come from traditional banking institutions and are familiar with the needs of our strategic partners.

Commercial Direct employs a retail customer service and underwriting philosophy that closely resembles residential loan underwriting -- making the process easy and familiar to the small-balance, commercial mortgage customer.
